The City of West Carrollton, OH invites qualified consultants to submit letters of interest and qualifications to assist in preparing a master plan for an area of the community commonly referred to as the “western lakes”, located west of the Great Miami River. Professional planning services are needed to guide City officials in preparing a future development plan and a conceptual-level preliminary cost estimate for full build-out, in order to inform future planning and budgeting decisions for improvements necessary to implement the plan.
