The 26th Annual Cleveland Planning & Zoning Workshop will once again offer valuable information on the basics of planning and zoning and also cover current topics of interest. Sessions are designed for local officials, zoning board and planning commission members, planners, community development professionals, attorneys, architects, and other interested citizens.

Registration Information
Discounted registration rates are available for APA Ohio members.
- Early-bird registration available until October 1: $95 ($125 non-members)
- Regular registration available until October 13: $125 ($150 non-members)
- Student registration: $50
All registration levels include continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon networking reception. You may select a chicken, beef or vegetarian lunch entrée as part of the registration process.
The 2014 workshop includes ten (10) sessions on a variety of topics, from complete streets to ethics to zoning code review. This year, we will also have three (3) half-day workshops that offer opportunities for more in-depth exploration. Workshop topics include:
- Introduction to Graphic Communication for Planners
- Planning & Zoning Basics: The ABCs of PCs, ZCs and BZAs
- Hot Topics in Planning Law

AICP CM credit has been requested for most sessions; approved credit-earning opportunities will be listed in the day-of brochure. LEED AP & PDH certificates will be available for self-reporting.
