Structure and Interpretation of a Zoning Resolution: Part 2

The Medina County Department of Planning Services is pleased to announce the second of a three-part workshop mini-series presented by the Medina County Prosecutor, Dean Holman’s Civil Division staff.
Attorneys Mike Lyons, Bill Thorne, and Lee Potts will discuss the working parts of a zoning resolution. Topics will include:
- inclusive versus exclusive zoning;
- the differences between a comprehensive plan and zoning; and
- the roles of zoning inspector, BZA, and courts in interpreting zoning.
Part 2 of the Medina Planning & Zoning workshop series will be held:
