APA Ohio Policy Platform Webinar
Register Today!
APA Ohio Member,
In September 2017, the APA Ohio Board proposed a draft 2017-18 Policy Platform to the members of APA Ohio. After an open comment period, the APA Ohio Board approved the Policy Platform in January.
The intention of the document is to guide the Chapter’s lobbying efforts and inform positions taken by the Chapter on legislative issues. We also envision it as a tool to be able to inform various unanticipated issues that may arise over the course of the upcoming year. View the Policy Platform.
The APA Ohio Board Legislative Committee is holding a webinar on February 22 at 12:00 PM ET to allow members to ask questions and provide feedback in a setting where a conversation can occur.
The webinar will cover the following items:
- Background and purpose of Policy Platform
- Feedback to date
- How it would be used
- Future efforts of the Legislative Committee
- Role of Planners Advocacy Network (PAN) and relationship to our efforts
- Opportunities for APA Ohio members to get more involved
This webinar is worth 1.0 CM Law credits. Questions? Email info@ohioplanning.org.
