Planning Team Leader

The Planning Team Leader is a senior planning position in transportation planning. The Team Leader will be required to manage various projects, not limited to the Transit Waiting Environment Program (TWE), and various planning and engineering studies. Federal grant compliance is within the scope of this position. Experience with NEPA and Section 106 is helpful. Physical planning including the reading and interpretation of engineering drawings, right-of-way maps, and drawing/rendering of simple designs. Leads and manages project team in developing the major economic development and planning projects. Participates in the implementation and/or construction of major economic development and planning projects. Insures community relations and marketing efforts take place.
