All applicants must be United States citizens or have legally declared their intentions of becoming one. Applicants must possess a valid Ohio driver's license to be shown at time of application. Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Urban studies or related field; a Master's degree in Urban studies or related field PREFERRED; Five to eight years of progressively responsible work experience in governmental community development, housing or building inspection; Two to five years of supervisory experience; Three years experience in public sector fiscal and budget preparation; knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements as they pertain to Housing, Planning and Zoning.
