Monroe Housing Plan - RFP

The City of Monroe, Ohio is seeking proposals for professional planning consultant services regarding a Housing Plan to provide a measured assessment of housing supply, present and future, unmet housing demand across various demographic categories, and to provide a comprehensive understanding of housing supply and demand. The identification of housing gaps and best practice recommendations to fulfill future needs is paramount for policy development to be utilized by city stakeholders.
Proposals must be submitted and marked “Community Housing Plan” and will be received by the City of Monroe, Ohio, Attention: Kevin Chesar, Director of Development, 233 S. Main Street, Monroe, Ohio 45050 until 4:00 p.m., Local Time on August 31st, 2017.
