What You’ll Contribute to OHM Advisors The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for the development of sales proposals and presentations, including facilitating the proposal process and ensuring the consistency and quality of Business Development. He/she demonstrates the highest level of personal integrity, professionalism, time management, work ethic and customer service for customers. He/she is meticulous in task management and execution excellence. He/she is eager to learn new skills, easily adapts to changing environments and multiple competing demands and is experienced in working with team members in varying geographical locations. He/she is equally comfortable working as an individual and in a group setting and interacts with all levels of management.

Your Responsibilities • Responsible for the production of proposals and letters of interest. • Assists in preparing presentations for business development interviews. • Follows the established proposal process. • Continually stays informed on best practices for proposal development. • Assists with client research and data presentation in support of business development efforts. • Facilitates proposal strategy sessions, drives proposal schedules and proactively designs innovative presentations and proposals in keeping with the overall company image campaign. • Interfaces with partners both external and internal throughout the proposal process. • Collaborates with discipline leaders to support and enhance cross-selling. • Monitors and distributes published RFPs/Qs internally. • Performs QA/QC reviews on proposals and offers suggestions for improvement. • Assists with maintaining current business development data and collateral in keeping with the Company’s overall systems and procedures.

Your Team As a trusted member of OHM Advisors’ Marketing and Business Development group, an award-winning multi-office team across several geographical locations, focused on bringing the corporate mission of Advancing Communities to life, you will collaborate with hard-working, innovative thinkers who are driven to create best-in-class marketing for our firm and bring forward innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges. What You’ll Need to Succeed • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the A/E industry or related industry in a business development, marketing, or proposal development role. • Previous experience working with proposal preparation or related processes. • Proficiency in InDesign, MS Office, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated success leading collaborative teams and coordinating processes among different stakeholder groups. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to deliver high-quality work under aggressive deadlines.
