  • Must possess solid time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to safely visit construction sites / hard hat areas, including walking and maneuvering uncompleted floor surfaces, among construction materials and debris, and climbing stairs and ladders.

In addition to the minimum qualifications listed above, the following skills will be considered as the hiring committee reviews resumes and conducts interviews:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, WordPress or similar programs.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for business.
  • Experience in construction management.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, various developers, contractors, financial institutions, and government officials in the City of Cincinnati.
  • Ability to read and understand a project proforma and financial statements.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in either accounting, architecture, planning, real estate or similar field is strongly encouraged.  Extensive experience and training may substitute for education requirements.

Compensation

Salaries will be offered based on experience and roles ultimately hired to oversee.  Compensation packages will be competitive with the local community development industry.
