The City of Lebanon is accepting applications along with a resume for the full time position of Zoning Administration Technician in our Department of Planning and Development. This position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and also perform site inspections and investigations. Successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a general understanding of office practices including computer use. Additionally, a team oriented attitude and ability to understand planning and zoning practices is essential. The successful candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Ohio Driver’s License. The possession of an Associate’s Degree in urban planning, architecture, construction management, social sciences or related field is preferred, however, candidates possessing a high school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional office setting with a demonstrated work history of strong customer service will be considered. The starting hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $22.00, DOQ. The City offers excellent benefits and retirement. Applications may be obtained at the Lebanon City Building, 50 S.
