Community Development Administrator

Pay Range: $57,000 - $79,500 The City of Green is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our Planning team. The successful candidate, under the direction of the Director of Planning, will develop and maintain City community and economic development programs; assist with marketing of the city; conduct research and analysis to identify grant resources; prepare and submit grant requests; work with established boards, committees and agencies; coordinate confidential matters with potential commercial developments; advise and assist business and industry; and make policy recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in planning, urban studies, public administration, economic development or related discipline, plus demonstrated three (3) years experience in municipal economic development or related field. The City will also consider applicants who possess an equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
