REPORTS TO: Assistant Development Director FLSA STATUS: Exempt PAY RANGE: Per Salary Ordinance CIVIL SERVICE STATUS: Classified DEPARTMENT: Development EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Under general supervision, assists in all phases of the operation of the Planning and Zoning Division, performs related duties; inspection and administration of zoning and code enforcement activities. Assists the public with all planning and zoning related information. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Planning, Public Administration or closely related field and/or a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent experience in municipal planning, zoning, or public administration.
