Owner’s Representative and Construction Management Services for Modernization and Rehabilitation of the Pool Facility at Cumberland Park RFP
City of Cleveland Heights
The City of Cleveland Heights is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide owner’s representative services for a modernized and rehabilitated pool facility at Cumberland Park, which may also include renovation of the historic bathhouse.
The City shall receive one (1) electronic version of the proposal no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The required electronic version of the proposal must be emailed to jmoore@clevelandheights.gov .
If an applicant chooses to submit hard copies in addition to the electronic copy, it should be mailed or hand delivered (to the dropbox outside of City Hall) to:
