Lee Road Reinvestment Plan - RFP

The City of Shaker Heights is seeking proposals from qualified planning and urban design consultant teams to prepare a visionary reinvestment plan for the Lee Road commercial corridor. The City desires to reimagine the ¾ mile Lee Road corridor south of Van Aken Boulevard and create an Action Plan for transforming the area into a thriving commercial district that is attractive, walkable, and bikeable. Teams must include individuals with expertise in urban design, transportation, landscape architecture, economic development, and community engagement with diverse populations.
