OKI Regional Planning Forum
OKI Regional Council of Governments
Please join us for OKI's Regional Planning Forum on Friday, February 22nd at 10:00 a.m.
In this month's Regional Planning Forum, we continue the affordable housing discussion by highlighting those who are striving to provide affordable housing in the region. We have a stellar group of speakers:
Scott Phillips
is the member-in-charge of the West Chester office of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the litigation area. His practice focuses on land use, zoning and real estate litigation matters in state and federal courts. Scott will discuss exclusionary zoning and how your codes may be preventing housing that's affordable to your community's residents and workers.
Kathy Schwab is CEO of LISC of Greater Cincinnati. Over the past year, LISC led the 100% Housing Initiative which aims to re-purpose the region's vacant housing as affordable housing.
Greg Johnson, is the CEO of the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.
Please join us for this important discussion.
