West Chester Township (the “Township”) invites proposals from qualified firms (“Firms”) to provide professional services for a Comprehensive Planning Study to update and amend the Township’s existing comprehensive plan for the Cincinnati-Dayton 747 Corridor. The selected Firm will assist the Township in evaluating existing conditions and developing strategic, actionable recommendations to guide future land use, infrastructure investment, and development policy decisions within the approximately 3,200-acre corridor currently subject to a temporary development moratorium.
The Township seeks a Firm with demonstrated expertise in comprehensive planning updates, corridor studies, stakeholder engagement, and implementation-oriented planning in suburban or mixed-use environments. The selected Firm will work collaboratively with Township staff, elected officials, partner agencies, and community stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure the study supports informed decision-making and provides a clear basis for future development following the moratorium period. Study must be completed by July 1, 2026.
