The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) is seeking a second senior engineer with safety and operations experience. Typical assignments consist of preparing safety and operational studies (such as safety studies, road safety audits, signal warrant or removal studies, signal retiming studies, capacity analysis, traffic impact studies), managing signal timing improvements under the Signal Timing and Optimization contract, and assisting local agencies in identifying and implementing recommended safety and operational improvements. Experience using software programs and tools such as HCS, Synchro, PC-Warrants, Petra-Pro, as well as ODOT TIMS, CAM Tool, ECAT Tool (or comparable) is desirable.
