Cincinnati Planning & Zoning Workshop
The Anderson Center, Cincinnati
The APA Cincinnati David J. Allor Planning & Zoning Workshop is an annual educational, training and networking event for planning professionals and citizen planners, including elected officials and members of boards and commissions from across the Cincinnati metro area. The event capacity is approximately 200 people, and it has reached maximum attendance for the past four years.

Non-Member: $70.00

Payment Types
Registration fees may be paid by check or by credit card - select your preference during the registration process.
Multiple Registrants
You may register multiple attendees from the same organization on one invoice. If you are registering both members and non-members at the same time, you must log in to the registration form with the member's information first.
Comp Codes
Using a comp code? Please note you may only use one comp code per registration session (if you have multiple people entitled to use a comp code, they must be registered individually).
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation refunds must be requested in writing to info@ohioplanning.org before March 24; a $25 processing fee will apply.

Opening Plenary Session
Our opening session will feature a panel discussion with three speakers who will provide perspectives on recent changes at the federal and state level and how that will impact local communities in the region.
Denise Driehaus, Hamilton County Commissioner
Prior to her current term, Commissioner Driehaus served 4 terms in the Ohio House of Representatives as the Representative of the 31st Ohio House District.
Bill Seitz, Representative for the 30th District of the Ohio House of Representatives
Representative Seitz formerly represented this seat from 2001 to 2007. He also served in the Ohio Senate from 2007 to 2016 and is a Former Trustee in Green Township as well as an Attorney-at-Law.
Joe Uecker, State Senator for Ohio’s 14th District
Prior to his Senate term, Senator Uecker served as a Representative in the Ohio House from 2005 to 2012. His career in public service has also entailed his position as a police officer, Administrator for the Clermont County Engineers Office, and a Miami Township Trustee in Clermont County where he served from 1990 to 2004.
The moderator for our discussion will be:
Liz Blume, Executive Director for the Community Building Institute at Xavier University
Prior to her current role, which she has held since 2003, Ms. Blume was Director of the Department of Planning for the City of Cincinnati, where she served for three years. Prior to that, Liz was Director of the Department of Planning & Community Development for the City of Dayton, Ohio.
