The Ohio Economic Development Association is pleased to announce that the 2023 Basic Course will take place at the Embassy Suites Columbus Dublin in Dublin.  

Registration for the 2023 Ohio Basic Economic Development Course will open January 23, 2023.

The 2023 Ohio Basic Economic Development Course is an intensive training experience for economic development practitioners, community leaders, local government officials and others committed to building healthy economies for their communities.

The Embassy Suites Columbus Dublin is located at 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, Ohio 43016. Room Rate for Course registrants is $132  per night, not including taxes

Accredited by the International Economic Development Council, the Basic Course provides intensive training in all of the key economic development skill sets, including:

Business Attraction Marketing and Site Selection
Small Business & Entrepreneurship
Workforce and Talent
Ethics and Managing Your Economic Development Organization
