Pay Range: $69,198 to $99,919
The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of City Planner. This a professional position that provides planning knowledge, analysis, and guidance for the City's future growth and development. This position requires considerable knowledge, abilities, and experience in planning; quality management skills; strong customer service orientation and communication. Candidates should have the ability to interpret the City's needs and desires for land use, zoning, and design for short- and long-range planning projects. Requirements: Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university major coursework in planning, engineering, architecture, or similar. Minimum of three years of professional experience in municipal planning or related field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Salary Range: $69,198 to $99,919 annually plus excellent benefit package.
