East Central Avenue Land Use Study RFP
City of Miamisburg
The City of Miamisburg seeks a qualified team of professionals to conduct a future land use study along the East Central Avenue roadway corridor. The purpose of the project is to engage with the City Council, City Staff, and property owners and residents along E. Central Avenue to develop a land use plan that guides future land use decision-making. The goal is to ensure impending development in the project area meets the vision and objectives of the future land use plan.
