Program Manager – Water Quality

Pay Range: $70,000 – $95,000
TMACOG is seeking an ambitious Program Manager to oversee water quality planning and education programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of water quality planning efforts in the western Lake Erie region. This position will report directly to the Director of Water Quality Planning.
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with a talented team of staff and stakeholders to develop solutions to the region’s complex water quality issues.
We are looking for a candidate who:
*Is a strategic thinker with a passion for creative problem solving
*Can inspire, motivate, and foster collaboration, and stimulate effective communication with staff
*Thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Possesses a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Environmental Studies, or a closely related field
*Has a minimum of five years of experience in environmental or urban planning or a related field
