Strategic Plan Update
Montgomery County Land Bank
MCLB is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a new strategic plan for the organization through a professional services agreement. The last strategic plan was adopted in 2020 and laid out a framework for the organization’s growth and development for a three-year period. MCLB has grown in staff, program capacity, acquisition strategies, and program types and seeks an updated plan to guide and support the organization.
