Medina County Subdivision Regulations Update - RFQ

The Medina County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualifications from consultants to assist in reviewing and completing updates to the Medina County Subdivision Regulations (Regulations) that were initiated but not finalized by a Work Group. The firm selected will assess the current draft materials; identify areas and provide expertise in sections requiring further discussion, including consideration of a proposed Development Agreement; and provide strategic guidance focused on public engagement strategies. A key focus of this engagement will be leading a meaningful and transparent public engagement process to gather input from stakeholders, ensure community concerns are addressed, and build consensus around the final recommendations. The ideal firm will have demonstrated expertise in regulatory review, facilitation, and inclusive public outreach.
