Planning and Zoning Code & Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update - RFP
City of Fairborn
The City of Fairborn, Ohio, population 33,780 is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services to update the City’s Planning and Zoning Code and Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The selected consultant will work closely with citizens, City boards and commissions, City Council, and City staff to develop the updates that work cohesively with the adopted 2016 Comprehensive Land use Plan and 2017 Zoning Code. A strong background and demonstrated success in public engagement and participation is essential.
