Program

The 2026 Planning & Zoning Workshop will have a diverse group of topics being presented that are planned to include: 

• Impacts of AI on Economy, Zoning Codes, and Workforce Development
• Zoning Panel Discussion
• Data Centers and Mega Site Developments Open Discussion
• Dealing with Nuisance Issues and Mental Health Involvement
• Roundtable Panel Discussion on Planning Hot Topics

There will be a total of 5 AICP CM credits available, including 1 AICP Law credit. Engineers may utilize self-reporting for continuing education credits and a certificate can be issued upon request.
