As the home of West Virginia University, major private and public employers including two hospitals, Morgantown West Virginia is a diverse and growing community The Morgantown Monongalia MPO is seeking a consultant to develop an innovative unified bicycle and pedestrian plan that addresses everything from pedestrian safety to implementation strategies and policies. This is a high profile project that has the interest of the entire community including West Virginia University.
