CDBG + HOME Review - RFP
Lake County Planning and Community Development
Lake County, Ohio seeks to contract with a qualified professional to provide reviews for the Section 106 procedures pursuant to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In accordance with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) regulations, Lake County is requesting written proposals from qualified professionals to perform reviews of Lake County’s obligations set forth in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended [16 U.S.C. § 470f] (“Section 106”) and 36 CFR Part 800.
