Planning and Zoning Code Update - RFP
City of Fairfield
The City of Fairfield is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive update to the Planning and Zoning Code. This includes both subdivision and zoning regulations. The full RFP can be viewed at: https://www.fairfield-city.org/162/Development-Services
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, May 21, 2021. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Proposals are to be submitted to the Development Services Department at 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, OH 45014.
