Please consider leading or supporting a team by submitting a qualifications package for the upcoming Housing Development Accelerator project to help the City of Sandusky accelerate housing development. This project will engage the community to envision infill and new housing development in neighborhoods and on large land blocks held by the city, examine the zoning barriers to desired housing types, and establish pre-approved infill development housing plans for existing city landbank lots.
